The ProStart Way, a 40-page book designed for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), was crafted to cleverly illustrate proper etiquette and behavior in the ProStart culinary arts classroom.

We worked alongside ProStart teachers from across the country to develop core concepts and illustrate them in a way to make them relatable to high school students.

From our sketchbooks to culinary classrooms nationwide.

Services included: content generation, illustration, print execution, and of course a fun weekend in Chicago.
